One thing you might try is to start creating a few "relationship traditions" outside of work. Dinner at your favorite restaurant every Friday maybe, or a stroll at the park or the beach a couple of times a week. Creating special time together outside of work will give you both something to look forward to that you can't do at work. Find something that is unique and special to both of you. It can also help to stir up your day a little more overall, and explore things that you haven't thought about before. It can be easy to slip into a routine where your relationship seems boring and monotonous. Find some local activities that you may not have thought about before, even if that don't sound interesting at first. Me and my girlfriend just discovered a local art store where you can make your own pottery to take home. It's a suprising amount of fun coming from someone who isn't all that into art. Stop by a local hotel, and grab some of the little brouchures that are usually reserved for tourists. They usually have some neat ideas you would not have considered as a local. ...and remember as well, not all tasks have to be shared. Explore some of your own interests, and allow your BF to explore some of his. You'll both have fun, and when it's time to share your time with eachother, you'll enjoy and appreciate it more. Good Luck!
