  • Allrecipes.com has a section on squid: http://allrecipes.com/Search/Recipes.aspx?WithTerm=squid I usually just cut it into rings, lighty sautee them in olive oil with a couple of cloves of minced garlic and a few pinches of shredded ginger until tender (but be careful of the heat; squid goes chewy fast), and serve with a dipping sauce of soy sauce and sesame oil (1/2 tsp oil to 1/2 cup soy sauce) with 1 tbsp. chopped green onion tossed in.
