My boyfriend gave up his job and the apartment he owned in one of the nicest cities in Europe to come live with me and my daughter. He is the ultimate cool boyfriend.

My husband married me- a single mom of 3. 2 of which are special needs-alot of bad behaviors.

Back in the 60's I was unmarried and pregnant and was destined to give birth and have the baby adopted. The father of the child didn't want to get married. An ex-boyfriend of mine offered to marry me and raise the child as his own. I didn't accept (married the other bloke when he changed his mind, and divorced him 12 years and 3 kids later) but I've always thought it was the nicest thing anyone ever did for me. He died of cancer recently and I was very sad, but proud that I was asked to give an address at his service. He did eventually marry but also ended up divorced.
