A coward. Though I think I know his true identity now.

A superlative troll?
-
Big fat troll.
-
A scumbag. People with that level ranking should have the balls to comment to negatives.
-
I will try to change my answer. If my answer was good and if he/she rates me -5 I would also down rate him/her. I will call Big fool

Who dares to antagonize antigone? The cleverest of Oedipus' kids?

'Lonely' and 'angry' spring to mind; also the image of a baby with a butcher knife.
-
Childish I reckon. I guess we are in the same boat now :)

An Answerbag menace,...I've been getting a lot of -4's recently, but never a negative 5. I agree with everyone. They should now have the guts to say why they're rating you down.
-
An ugly mofo troll!
-
Most likely not a troll at all but someone who didn't think it was a good answer or question. Of course this all depends on the situation. ---EDIT--- For a repeat offender, I'd have to venture someone who has high ranking, and having a bad day?
-
A high level troll. If you get a lot of such downrates, and don't see any valid reason, you can make a feedback about it, and the Staff will investigate this. High level trolls are not just doing more harm, they have also more to lose: their high level account could be blocked, if they don't behave reasonably.

the same as I would call someone who gave a -1 and didn't leave a comment as to why GUTLESS WONDER!!, a high level ABer should know better and for this reason is even worse than a newbie gutless wonder... like I have been saying for a very very long time if you leave a D/R/ you have to leave a comment and this should be made a condition on AB ... even if they only leave a single word at least then you and everyone else will know who it is. This would take out 95% of the senseless D/R's overnight.

I personally would not call them anything, on the board. Any attention at all fuels their actions, as they wear it like a badge of honor. I think anyone who feels the need to down-rate so harshly has unresolved issues with others or is here only to play around causing problems. I know ignoring their actions is hard but is truly the only way to make them stop behaving badly. Down-rates do not remove points they just lower the position of the answer to the question it was given. It does not harm your percentages but will effect theirs. People like this really do not have any more power than that which you give them. I have yet to see a reason why we have a down-rate on questions at all. Seeing negative ratings on questions in the database only makes the site as a whole look too judgmental. (IMHO)
