Question

I have a 1964 D Roosevelt dime. From all records I can find, these were all silver. Yet if I look at the edge, it seems to be clad. Were there any 1964 D clads or errors?

None of the general access coin expert listings for the 1964-D dime mention an error in which a clad dime was struck before 1965.

You need to contact an expert in your area for a hands-on examination or get some high-resolution pictures of the edge and find an on-line expert.
