How can someone at a lower level have a higher rank than some one at a higher level in AB ( I see for eg, a contributor with a better rank than a wiz).

They cant: you're probably looking at the weekly leaderboard instad of the all-time leaderboard (see the tabs at the top). On a week-to-week basis, a lower-ranked user can produce more points, but their total points will still be lower, and that's reflected in the all-time leaderboard.

Maybe because of the amount of points they accumulated in that short amount of time.

the ranks and levels are only accurate for the day that they change, then during the week, everyone's levels go up

I am attaching a snap shot of the pts level. You can see people with higher pts , but at lesser levels. There are 2 people with 313 pts, one is @ level 11 and the other @ level 9.

Hi Bullfrog, that sounds like a glitch to me. It doesnt seem likely or plausible. If it is, you could send a report via the feedback link on the bottom of the page.
