I've done it with a lot, but I can guanrantee I have the most embarassing misinterpretation of anyone. On My Chemical Romance's (and I wear, if anyone downrates based on that...) first cd, I brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, on a song called Our Lady of Sorrows, I would always be weary of singing the lyrics because what I heard was horribly misconstrued.. Here is the actual lyric: "We've only got one chance to put this at an end and cross the patron saint of switchblade fights You said we're not celebrities, we spark and fade, they die by threes I'll make you understand and you can trade me for an apparition" Only, I somehow heard switchblade fights to be "switching farts." And so that song always confused me to no end, until I actually remembered to look it up one day. How humiliating... =/

In "The Animal song" by Savage garden , the correct lyrics are: "I want to live... like animals, careless and free..." I used to think they really sang: "I want to live... like cannibals, careless and free..."
