  2 days ago I met Gril that her friend has a crush on me. I walked with her to that.girl and she didnt look any way sympatied about me she just facepalmed and get a bit shy when she saw me.Next day she asked me about my name I decided to tell it.   Sticky Situation I want my eyebrows tattooed and a friend of mine does this for a living. Problem is I do not want to use her, I have seen some of the brows she did and I know I won't be satisfied. Without hurting her feelings, how do I get my brows done at another person. She would obviously see me after it is done, what do I do ?

I was wondering if a copyright is filed are you obligated to act against any offenders such as a game maker for a console makes a game then later finds that game online as a ROM for an emulator. if they do not act on it and others know they haven't, would there be any repercussions such as the loss of said copyright?
