  • Yep, its possible with humans as well. Highly unusual though. I take it you're feeling bad about hitting a rabbit....don't he was the dummy who decided to make a break for it, in front of your car. Siwwy wabbit.
  • It is the humane thing to do.
  • I would and could do something, but I wouldn't go for breaking it's neck as that is rather hard to do unless you know how.
  • No! I would see if he could be saved!
  • I wouldn't even stop the car. My ex g/f used to swerve for for animals all the time. Used to piss me off. That's dangerous. However, I can honestly say I've never run over an animal, although had two dear leap over my hood a couple of years ago. They came out of nowhere. Scared the shit out of me.
  • I have killed many animals to put them out of their misery. Everything from hitting them with a hammer, to paying to have them put down. If you cant care for your animals when they need you most then you should never have had them in the first place.
  • sure wud... but if i hav hit it... thn surely it wud b dead... peace!!!
  • Absolutely. Though breaking the neck wouldn't necessarily be my first choice, depending on the situation. Killing by breaking its neck isn't the easiest or most efficient way of getting the job done. And since the object is to put the animal out of its misery, I would use one of several other quicker means.
