I hope you can see a trend here.

There are 38 Christian denominations and 32 Bibles as six denominations use the same King George Bible.

Some web-sites claim as many as 50,000 denominations. 38,000 is an often cited and more documented number. At the time of Constantine there were approximately 2000 denominations.

The more you try the more provoking they become.So I started using her tactics and she does not like them.She insults the Jews,and she insults the Christians. I have tried all different means to get here to stop,but she takes no notice.Her religion is not my religion and never will be,and my religion is much older than hers. I resent being told that my God is her God because this is not true.Her faith does not bother me and she can worship whom she pleases. The words Islam and Muslim both mean submission,and I will never submit,and when she says that her religion is the only true religion, that is her view and not that of others.I am so glad that you are pointing out to her that such words will provoke a response,and I hope that you have more success than I have.If you had tried to shut the barn door earlier rather than waiting until the horse had bolted it would have all settled down long ago. Technically there is only one Christian 'religion', with different denominations of it. Some Christians like myself consider Christianity a relationship and not a religion.
