    Fair for whom? I am sure if marijuana was a person with feelings it would think that the disparate treatment is unfair. But since marijuana is not a person with feelings, the answer has to be no. Marijuana and alcohol laws are applied equally, thus they cannot be unfair.

    It should actually be the opposite.Alcohol causes much more health and societal problems then weed ever could.It is such a waste of taxpayers money to chase after people that smoke a joint a few times a week.
