I find it uncomfortable if someone I don't know is within arms reach anywhere. Everybody's "personal space comfort zone" is different. I try to err on the side of caution.

Yes I don't like that at all anywhere. I don't like it when people stand right next to you when in line at any checkout counter and you're using your credit card either.

I dont like people to be within an arms reach of me, I tell people to back off at the ATM if they get too close.

I stand a fair distance away but boy! There are some people there that just dont get the rules of ATM line standing! Some talk to me while im doing it too. makes me feel really uncomfortable.

If someone is within two strides close to me in any line I stick my tongue out at them. They usually get away cause they think I'm weird. : D What I also like to do is pretend sneeze! Sneaky, sneaky... : )
