  • In my opinion, it's stupid. What do you get out of riding a bull? all they do is just sit on it and see who sits on it the longest. So boring, and also dangerous.
  • Guess if you don't get it, then car racing must be the same, they just drive a car!! Everyone does that, whats the big deal?? The same for football, soccer or rugby... its stupid to hurt each other over a ball. Its a macho thing and yes, back in the "horse and buggy days" to break a horse or ride a bull meant you were a total bad ass dude, rather common back then... from necessity. The honors are still the same, to conquer something very difficult and show bravery, guts and talent. YAAA hooooo!!
  • Sick?? You ever see a BULL get hurt?? lol Bullfighting is very cruel, because the bull is very weak and half bled to death before the "mighty and brave" matador comes into the ring. But bull riding hurts the rodeo rider alot more than it does the bull.
  • Many sports you could name may seem dumb. But, to those who participate, they recognize the challenge and the skill required. Personally, I don't understand why we play any sport more vigorous than croquet.
  • I'm not interested in it but I would not say that it is "sick".
  • It is sick. Not only is the bull half-starved and weak, usually they will tie a rope around it's testicles to make them kick like that. Every man I know would start thrashing around if they had something tied tightly around their testicles. So yeah, all and all I think it's not only sick, but barbaric. If someone wants to get involved in sports, can't they do so without involving a creature that would be perfectly happy not to be used as some sort of sadistic entertainment.
  • I think its fun. :D just an opinion
  • I would still get rid of it if I could but as long as I can't I enjoy watching it to see stupid people get bucked off and trampled. They might as well be smoking. It's just as dumb and the odds of death are just as high but there is no risk of breaking your back. Except the cruelty to animals thing. So I guess there is a difference after all. : )
