I've been fortunate that I haven't had any habitual offenders. But every once someone will drive by in their a-hole truck and I'll let them keep on driving right into a ditch as I unsubscribe;)

Yes, there are presently 4 on my list. It seems to me that some people think that it is their lifes work to be mean. I wonder if they are that way in person as well? I suppose it makes them feel better about themselves?

I can't think of more than one or two during my three-month AB lifetime who have tried to bring about my angst. When someone persists in endless debate, attempting to pick a fight with unfounded charges, I really can't be bothered. Soon, I will advise them with something like "I understand", "thank them" and bring the dialogue to an end. I want to enjoy my time here...and I don't want to contribute anything that would do harm to the friendliness of the AB site, in general. I don't insult nor, as a personal policy, even DG, regardless of opinion. I would hope for reciprocated courtesy and, in the main, such is has been forthcoming. So, yes, on those rare occasions, I have clicked the convenient "unsubscribe" button when I felt things were getting out of hand.

I haven't ignored them but I've had a couple of people that were real jerks & that I didn't enjoy their attacking. Most people are really nice & I'm understanding to the fact that were not all going to have the same views but it's not necessary to carry a chip & attack others in a nasty way. If this can't be fun & pleasant I don't see the point & will just log off because this should not be a stressful experience & for me it won't be.
