I find any cream soups and foods that are creamy are good. The only meat would be chicken as it is not so harsh on your system. All root vegetables like potatoes carrots radishes. any cooked noodle but no tomato paste or anything with the tomato present. The acid in tomato's will only make you more sick.

Soft foods. Maybe try some scrambled eggs if you can stomach the thought of food right now. Jello. Pudding. Ice Cream/Sorbet.
