I have this childesh friend, he is sooo annoying but a nice guy. kinda like a brother thing goin on but he dose not GET IT!!! how do i politly tell him to GROW UP?

i dont ever tell people to grow up!!! except gfs. but i rather drop to their level. it gets your point across because they will wonder why you are acting like that and when you explain your just tryin to fit in they will eventually get the point.

You don't. Either they're going to "grow up" or not. Most likely you won't be the catalyst. I've told many people they need to grow up, but only very few do, and I doubt any of them is purely due to my advice. Explain what your problem is with them and try to come to an agreement on the specific points you have to bring up. If you can't do that, or it fails, you may need to let them go down their own path without you. I do not say this harshly. I worked with my very best friend up until about two months ago. For this reason, however, I have decided to cut down the relationship. I do dearly love the man, but we can not be around each other that much. I simply could not be that much a part of his life, or have his life that much a part of mine. One of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
