  • That many each and every night is too many. If you do it once or twice a week, then you are fine probably. Anything more than 2-3 per day starts to damage the liver and would typically be considered too much. However, people go through stages and there is no reason to make rules. I have been through stages of life where I got smashed every night for a year, and I have been through stages where I didn't touch a drop for a year. Finding that balance and knowing when to stop (or start) is difficult, but most people can do it and figure it out themselves over time.
