Mostly dates, but when I feel like I'll eat too many (they are very high in sugar), I choose grapes, or any other fresh fruit for that matter. Any nuts are also great.

I found these new "crisps" and they are half rice half corn, really crunchy and tasty and low calorie. They only come in 2 flavors: cheese or guacomole. They are real real good. I can't remember the name, they are made by Quaker.

Nuts and dates. Heallthy as well. :)

Almonds and apples. Put a few slivers of hard Parmesan cheese and away I go. Dump in a zip lock. Yummy.
