I give a $1 as it is only a tooth and it won't be long before they realise the truth anyway and who wants to fork out $5 for every one of their 20 something teeth? The tooth fairy is an extortionist!!

Idk... I always got a couple coins a tooth or so... I didn't have any gold teef you feel me. I don't even think I got the proper exchange rate for the one with the partially silver filling. but with inflation they should at least buy lunch these days.
