Does the school have the right to randomly drug test anyone on its lacrosse team if no wavers were signed or distributed to players whatsoever?

They have the right to request the blood test and kick you from the team if you refuse. However, I believe they would either have to test everyone or have proof that the testing was indeed random. Of course if the is a publicly stated policy on testing, all bets are off.

When i was a sophmore in high school, they drug tested everyone in my grade level. In fact, your parents had to sign a waiver for you not to take the test if they didnt want you to and they had to provide a good reason. So for someone playing sports, i'm pretty sure they probably can.
