Most sites allow you to play for play money without putting any real money in. My personal favourite is Fulltilt.com, looks good, decent standard of play, and they've got loads of play money tourneys, sit n go's, and ring games. Enjoy!

PKR is a really good one. Best graphics and most advanced game play. Another fun one is Triplejack.

Pogo has lots of games and several types of poker. You can play for free and put up with ads from time to time or pay to join and not have to see ads or have them slow down your play.

I think even Facebook has Poker application. That'd be free surely.
