  • Of course not. Unless the advice is a general look inwards take time to weigh things out sort of advice. I usually find though that when you start to explore the issue with the person, more information starts to come out and you can help more specifically. Most of the time people don't need advice even if they think they do. They just need a sounding board of opinions and ideas so that they can weigh things up and work from there.
  • Yes they can, sometimes having someone that isnt emotionally involved, is the best way to get advice.
  • This is a great question... I would have to say - not one person can. But this being a forum - you will get lots of people who see things differently. They just read the question in a different way. So if you combine the answers - you get a pretty good picture. Now if you are asking for advise and not giving out details that are important...
