  • I belong to MySpace and Facebook, which I don't see the big hype in it unless your still in school then in my opinion get a MySpace account, if your in college get a Facebook account. If you’re not in school period just forget about it. If it makes you feel so un-cool, then go ahead a get one it doesn't cost any money relatively easy to set up. Just be careful of the predators in those communities, never give your name or address or phone number, etc out to anyone you don't know or you “think” you know. Otherwise just have fun with it.
  • I have MySpace, and Facebook accounts. You definitely shouldn't feel uncool about not having them. This site is a lot better anyway,...but if it bothers you that much,...then go sign up for one. Its pretty easy.
  • facebook and bebo. Both serve as wonderful distractions when I am supposed to be doing assignments!
  • Facebook. It's a great way to keep intouch, while having fun alone or with friends. I've caught up with some people from my past aswell as met new people in my area.
  • I thought joining a social networking site kicked you out of the cool.
  • Neither do I and it does not make me uncool. I know plenty of people that Dosent even want to have anything to do with it. PS. A small advice: Don't ever make yourselfe feel "uncool" because you havent followed a trend or because you are doing something different (unless you can hurt someone or yourselfe). Because if you do that to yourselfe you'll end up losing who you are and you will be extreamely unhappy.
  • I have facebook, and I have found many people I went to middle school with that I don't talk to anymore. I really enjoy it, and you get to keep in touch with them as well. Just because you don't have myspace or facebook, does not make you uncool. It is your own decision if you want the world to see you.
  • I don't because I waste enough time on Answerbag already. If I joined a social site I would never eat, sleep or work again!
  • I am a member of facebook and myspeace, facebook is great, i have gotten in contact with 4 or 5 people i knew from when i was a kid that i lost contact with about 10 years ago!
  • I am on Orkut and it is my way to keep in touch with old friends. Its definitly NOT uncool not to be on SN sites. Its all about your choice.
  • I'm a member of so many social networking sites, it's almost overwhelming. When I find another site online, I usually join it, just for the experience. If I don't like it, then I place it on the back burner. Needless to say, I've joined so many sites, I can tell you which ones are worth joining, and which ones are worthless.
  • I have myspace. Most of the time I'm not sure why...haha
  • I am not on any of those sites!!
  • I am on Facebook. It's okay. I've found some old friends, and I can keep in touch with college friends.
  • I'm on MySpazz and Facebook. I joined Facebook solely because AB has an app there, and I'm a slave to all things AB ^_^ but now I'm addicted to this silly jetpack game... MySpazz is my sole contact with my sister right now, and I use it to promote my husband's band. You are certainly NOT Uncool for not succumbing to this internet idiot-fodder.
  • I am (two websites). It doesn't make you uncool if you're not a member of any. It only means it's not your thing. I know of many cool people who aren't members of MySpace, for example.
  • nah if anything it means you have way more will power than me =)
  • Cool? You seek status and acceptance among those who care not how cool you are. You can follow the fad, or you can set your own trend. I prefer to set my own mark, and thus, Answerbag is my home. And that my friend, makes me cool.
  • I'm on Orkut, but all of my contacts there are people I know in real life.
  • It doesn't make you uncool. In fact, it shows that you are able to resist the pressure of giving in. I have joined networking sites and well... let's just say they have been a huge distraction when it comes to my homework. Answerbag is also a huge distraction for me. I need some more self control and self discipline. ;)
  • Yes that, and a number of others.
