I really liked Billy Crystal. I can't remember what year it was, but there was one where he pretended to know what the audience was thinking. Apparently all the celebrities were dreaming about being "Mrs. Billy Crystal" except Ben Kingsley. He was thinking, "SIR Mrs. Billy Crystal." :-)

I've never seen the Oscars in my life but of all the people mentioned Johnny Carson is my favorite person. I quit watching TV 25 years ago and the previous 23 years I was too young to care about the oscars so I've never seen an awards show.
