  • Play some music while you're doing it and then you can concentrate on moving to be beat and it becomes fun. If you can't even bring yourself to do that, try using a search engine to look at fat people, or read about what physical and mental benefits exercise has. Or - give yourself a treat for after you've reached a certain amount of exercising.
