Yes, lamp oil. My son Logan was not quiet a year old and he snuck off at my sister's house and drank lamp oil. He ended up with Chemical Pneumonia but he was OK. He was my one and only child back then and I totally freaked!

Yes, when my oldest daughter was about 4 she got into a bottle of chewable kids tylenol. We did not know how many she had eaten. The Poison Control Center told us just keep an eye on her for a while and don't worry about it. She was fine.

i ate rat poison once, it tasted terrible and i had to call poison control...i was ok

We didn't call poison control but, my youngest recently got into a cabinet while at my sister-in-law's house and we believe that he may have taken a blood pressure pill. We took him to the ER, they gave him the charcoal and monitored him for 5 hours. It was a living hell, sitting in an ER room and worrying about him, but they said that he was okay and probably didn't take one. My oldest once picked up an ant trap and was licking it when I caught him. Poison control was called for that one.
