I'm not sure of any specific flavor, but I'd definitely want to be one made by Duff from Ace of Cakes; preferrably something involving pyrotechnics of some sort. Sorry, I forgot to add the why. Because Duff is amazing and I love his show/cakes :)

If i was a cake i would want to be a bakery made strawberry short cake with a thick but creamy whip topping. And why that kinda describes me I'm stacked tight and there are many layers to me and i've been told that I'm a good hearted person and i've even been told i taste good shuss don't tell nobody

A white cake made from scratch by my Mom, who was a teriffic baker of all kinds of great things. She used to make what she called a seven-minute icing for that cake, constantly beating it --eggs whites, sugar and pure vanilla extract-- over the stove in her double boiler for, what else, seven minutes until it was meringue-like. It was a fantastic icing for it. Everyone love that cake! Once or twice a year, she would make a couple of them for my grade school class...and I was very popular in the class because of it, even with the teacher. I was so proud of my Mom. :-) Mom's gone now...but I would still be that cake. It was really so yummy! Allow me to be a little bi-polar here and name a second cake I would be...I'd be an Italian rum cake made a Termini's Italian Bakery in South Philadelphia. You can even get a slight buzz from that cake. Delicious! The Best!

Multi-Layered Vanilla Sponge cake with marbeling of chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate and sprinkles, vanilla icing and toasted coconut smashed all over my top and outside. Several flavors so you keep taking bites untill you surrender to your fullness and tiredness and spend the night!
