Not necessarily. She was on the runway working the fashion show earlier that night as a model. It was an after party and the designer obviously didn't find her attire inappropriate. America is so hung up on nudity, partial nudity and constantly trying to make it something taboo to be covered up. Truly if people spent more time working on their own lives and less time judging others, think how much better off we'd be as a society. I say live and let live. If people don't like it...they shouldn't look. You have to go looking for it to see it.
