Is it possible to get into med school even if you spent your undergrad years in electrical engineering?

Yes, but you may need to work on bio and chemistry classes. That could require going back and doing some more undergrad classes on a non-matriculated basis. Make sure to get an A in them. I was told not to take bio in college because it's hard so "it can make or break a med student," but my school didn't have a pre-med program. Wannabe doctors took biology as a major.
