  • Have you tried the 'and' conjunction? Multiple 'Not Like' criteria wouldn't work with just "or", because you need to use all of your 'Not Like's together to screen out the values you don't want. So, for example: [FName] not like "*Bob*" and [FName] not like "*Carol*" and [FName] not like "*Ted*" and [FName] not like "*Alice*" would screen out Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice. It would allow Robert/Roberta, Caroline, Theodore & Alicia.
