Do you come to a complete stop when you do a right hand turn at a red traffic light?

Only when traffic is heavy, preventing me from zipping right out.

Always, because of cell phone users who have left their turn signal on and are all set to "T" me, so YES I always stop first.

Yes, absolutely. We do have right turn on red in my state, but I always come to a complete stop because that's what we're supposed to do. It gives us the chance to make more than just a quick glance and then dart out, possibly missing seeing a car that we'd normally have a chance to see. Sometimes it gets people irritated behind me and I've even been hit from behind by doing this. Of course the officer said that I was in the right and told the driver that was behind me to not be in such a hurry next time.

Yes, and I turn into the right lane as well not crossing over to the middle or left lane. I do not cut the corners when turning left either and come close many times by the person on my right of being side swiped because they do cut the corners. I also do not cross the solid white line on exit ramps or other places where the solid white line is on my right side. A solid white line is similar to a yellow line on the left. People need to start paying attention to their driving and putting their damned cell phones down and turn their loud radios down and drive with responsibility!
