  • I don't know about the U.S. to be honest, but in the UK they prefer to pay it into your bank account, but you can get a paper cheque, or giro, if you want.
  • In Indiana, they give you a debit card and you can go online to see how much is in your account. They also email you when a claim has been approved.
  • My experience many years ago was this..you had to show up each week, with a list of companies to which you had applied for work. So I don't think the money would automatically be credited to your bank account. I'm not sure how it is these days though, Ed. Perhaps the rules have changed. :)-

  • Either,here in Canada.But they want you to use direct dposit as it is cheaper and easier on paper/trees.
