i am a texan, my father ONLY wears them so naturally i have tried them. it hink they are uncomfortable and typically have very little tracktion for walking in doors. but yes, many times and types.

Born in Texas and everyone wears cowboy boots at some point. Don't get the cheap ones they are not comfortable.

Yes, both regular cowboy boots and what are called packer boots which lace up and are easier to walk in. I used to train and show horses, both English and Western and did horse packing. I never wore them for fashion, though.

I did in my late teens and early 20's and I strongly suspect that is why my back is all messed up. :D LOL!

I briefly wore a pair of my brothers once back in the early 70's. They had the wicked pointy front part on them and everything. I stopped wearing them when the kids started making fun of me at school the first day I wore them there. Turns out, cowboy boots in a city school system is a recipe for being the butt of jokes.
