  • 2 and a half hours is already way too long for a workout. You shouldnt work out for more than an hour at a time.Instead of jamming more bodyparts into one day's workout, you should split it up and divide them over more days. Do only 2 bodyparts per workout. This way you can have more strength. By the time you get to the hour and half mark, you will not be able to lift as much as you could if you were fresh. You are robbing yourself of a quality workout. I split up my workouts so that I do two bodyparts a day. Everything gets worked once a week. Your muscles need this long to recover in between workouts. Otherwise you are breaking them down without allowing them to build back up. Make sure you do not stress one muscle that needs to help you with the next, for example, dont train biceps right before back. Also, try to do pushing muscles one day and pulling muscles the following. here is an example of my training split: Day 1) Shoulders and Triceps Day 2) Biceps, forearms, and hamstrings Day 3) off Day 4) Quads Day 5) off Day 6) Back Day 7) Chest and calves Day 8) off Day 9) repeat its great to hear you have been seeing incredible results. i hope my advice can help. good luck and train hard.
