What do you think of the new format for American Idol this season (Feb 2009)? (Singers got training at Hollywood phase - how they're selecting top 12 from 36, etc)

I don't like the fact that only 3 go through, but I do like that they've brought back the Wild card!

I don't mind the training, they deserve something for all the crap they go through. As for the rest, I don't really get interested till they get to the final twelve.

I liked it. I think we ended up with a better top 12/13 than we would have if it were just up to the judges.
