I have a 4.0 GPA and by the time I transfer I will have a 65 credits (most of them will not most likely not transfer because I am at a private university). I am trying to transfer to the south but I can not afford out of state tuition, where can I go that gives good scholarship where I can study for 10k/year or less?

  Sticky Situation I want my eyebrows tattooed and a friend of mine does this for a living. Problem is I do not want to use her, I have seen some of the brows she did and I know I won't be satisfied.   2 days ago I met Gril that her friend has a crush on me. I walked with her to that.girl and she didnt look any way sympatied about me she just facepalmed and get a bit shy when she saw me.Next day she asked me about my name I decided to tell it. When i came back from school I looked on facebook and they in fact invited me. Today I decided to ask for real whats going on she still says that her friend has crush on me stuff. But still the girl that she was talking about doesnt show any kind of feeling to me.They are propobly 1 year younger than me (Im 17) .   I had know this man 38 years ago, I thought of he and the people we knew throughout the years. We lived in the same state but not the city.
