  • Losing weight it's hard. It's having the patience to wait for it and to stick with it. 1. Exercise every single day. No exceptions. Try and do it before you eat lunch. If school/work gets in the way, eat healthy and light before you exercise. 2. Eat health. Don't focus on just calories, look at fats and carbs. 3. Whole grains are your friends in moderation. If you're going to stick with just a sandwich for lunch and then you don't plan on eating till dinner, or for a few hours, put it on whole grain bread. The whole grains are harder for your body to break down, so your supply of energy lasts longer and it keeps you full longer. 4. Fruits and vegetables. Eat them raw to cleans your body. Don't boil your vegetables, steam them or stir fry them or something. Boiling takes out all nutrients. 5. Reduce salts and sugars. 6. Drink tons of water! 7. Be patient and don't starve yourself.
