It depends on which def. you choose to speak on..Beyonce sings a DIVA is a "female version of a hustla"...some use DIVA to describe themselves as a female "goddess or prima donna".I agree with the person above,every female is a diva in some fashion whether it's the way you carry yourself,your hair,your style and yes...YES even your walk & talk...
