If you had positive proof that N. Korea was planning to Nuke the USA, would you Nuke them first?

Nope. Absolutely no need to, even if they launched a successful strike against the United States. In fact, a nuclear strike (pre-emptive or as a response to an attack) would be counter productive.

Probably not, I'd wait till they actually launched a nuke at us then launch a counter attack and level North Korea then bring down the Korean nuke with the new missle to missle targeting systems we have. I wouldn't attack first but if they did I'd turn North Korea into a wasteland.

If I found out North Korea had a nuclear weapon that it planned to use on the United States, then I would invade their air space with a stealth bomber. I would use conventional means to destroy the nuclear weapon before it was launched. I would never first strike a nuclear weapon.
