Is it possible for a natural bass to train and sing just like Michael Buble and/or Harry Connick Jr.? (Not just range, but sound as well)

Yes you could, but why??? If you have your own Bass Voice, use it for your self, don't try and sound like someone else, train you voice to make it sound deep and strong, then sing the song the way you would sing it...

Range is one thing, and even that may be impossible. Timbre, however, is entirely different. Timbre is largely natural, though you can alter it to a certain degree to fit different styles. I (or, ideally, someone more qualifed than I am) would have to hear your voice to really say for sure on any of this, though. Would it possible for A bass, somewhere, to do this? Probably. For you, specifically? Maybe, maybe not. Since you say you're operatic, then probably not. People with naturally big voices are not naturally suited to be crooners. (Still not ruling it out, though!) Take it a professional who can really work with your voice if you're serious about it.
