[CONTINUED] Is it lack of care? No, I want to succeed, I want to have a good life, and I most certainly don’t want others looking at me as if I were stupid. Is it attention then? No, I pay attention for the most part, I know what’s going on and I know what’s coming up. Am I forgetting that I have a test or that I need to turn in my homework? No. My memory only fails me with names and numbers, otherwise I can remember pretty much anything. Then what is it? What force drives me to not do my homework or study for tests? Any ideas?

Sleep! Eating healthy helps. How important are you? Your homework, how you do in school is a reflection of what you think of yourself. Start exercising, walking, clean out your closet, wash some clothes, iron them, go to bed early, get up start a new day with a new vision of How important you are!!!!!!!!!!!! Has anyone told you lately how very important you are? How very proud they are of who you are? You can turn things around, but not by sitting and thinking about it! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you been tested for any learning disabilities? How about any behavioral disorders (e.g. obsessive-compulsive disorder)? If you feel like 'you' is trying to succeed but some other 'part of you' is getting in the way, there may be a mental health issue that has gone undiagnosed. Good luck. . . .
