A tough proposition. It would be better for him to start own company and manage it better this time. He has already learned the lessons as CEO in the previous company. If he avoids the mistakes this time he should be okay.

I actually feel kinda bad for the Bank of America CEO. He's far from blameless, but he's kept the company alive after the blunder of a merger that he really had no choice in. And now he's likely to lose his job entirely. On second thought, given what he made last year and his own personal portfolio... I'd kill to be able to get fired from his job! WHERE DO I SEND MY RESUME!?
