just say "that will be $10 and ur phone number"

If you cant do any of the ones already mentioned cos your not allowed to chat up the customers, have a note ready saying 'i think your really special, do you want to go for coffee?' Put your phone number on it too and give it to her with her change, reciept or whatever

You could ask her if it's ok with her to call her offline sometime. Then if she says yes, ask for her phone number.
