That's exactly it. I have 2 blu-ray machines and I still buy dvds because they are cheaper and they play fine on the blu-ray machine. I only buy exceptional movies on blu-ray format

I think so. I have recently bought a blu ray player, but I continue to buy normal DVD's because $30 per movie is just too much. The only ones I buy in blu ray are the special ones like The Dark Knight or Transformers, just the ones I think you would really be able to tell the difference.
