Considering that an actual ninja is a highly trained martial artist with a sword and probably a bunch of other cool weapons, while a pirate is probably a malnourished Somali or Indonesian kid, I'll go with the ninja.

A ninga probably. They could leap on a pirate and slash his thoat with a knife. But a pirate could shoot him.

Ninjas are not as rugged as pirates but they are quicker. hmmmm. this is a hard one but im going to say ninja only because I am one. shhha shhha shha I was never here.

A ninja of course! They are trained assassins whereas pirates are one-eyed, one-legged, parrot-wearing, rum-sodden scurvy dogs.
