You submit a 1099-misc to everone on your list who provides those services as an individual, partnersip or estate (so you don't need to submit 1099-misc to incorporated business). The only exception to not providing 1099-misc to corporations are to law corporations (you have to 1099 if they meet the $600 threshhold).
