Does any one want to congratulate me for getting my IV (PICC) out? Does anyone even know what at PICC line is?

Yes, and it's a catheter they just put into one of your larger veins and the nurse will guide it into the vein near your heart. Then your nurse will close or cover it. They usually do check after it is done to make sure that it is where it should be. At the hospital I work, we do usually give local before the nurse puts it in. Did you have an anesthesiologist?
