Isn't everyone sooooo helpful. when you are that anxious you can't meditate...take Calm magnesium powder and or powdered Inositol. Try from 500mg to 12grams a day. My anxiety was through the roof for months and drugs didn't help so I went the Inositol route.

Go to the doctor and ask for help. they will give you something to calm you down.
