No one is controlling your emails; it is all dun by computers. That being said if you are getting a message from mailer daemon stating the message could not be delivered a couple things could be taking place. If the mailer daemon only comes up one email address or on email addresses that have the same ending, for example @hotmail.com then your email provider may bee having an issue delivering email messages and you would want to talk to there tech support. If this happens at random then it is still possible that there is a problem on your email provider’s end, however there is a much grater possibility the issue is with the person that you’re emailing. For example if you were emailing johnsmith@hotmail.com and his mail box was full, then you would get an error stating the message could not be delivered. As far as the email messages that you send and your family members never receive, this is a little harder to diagnose since it could bee on either your end or on there end. From experience working an internet help desk with out any errors to go on the only thing that can bee dun is take a look at the computer programs that control the email servers to insure everything looks normal.
