At 18, you are legally an adult. If you have never held a job, you cannot collect unemployment insurance. Unless you have resources or family or friends you can fall back on, you need to find a job ... NOW!

I can not understand kicking your flesh and blood out of the house at any age. My how times have changed. We were expected to stay home until we were married. My great grandfather charged his sons a rather large fee when they wanted to leave home. It meant a loss of help on the farm. They had to buy their freedom. Change, isn't always good.

Probably. SHOULD the government support an 18yo that was kicked out. HELL NO! Get a damn job like the rest of the world and work hard at it until you die. Better make it something you enjoy and that has benefits and a 401k.
